Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Law; candidates with more than 3 years of legal practice experience are preferred.
Capable of independently undertaking civil, commercial and criminal cases, with solid full-process case management experience and in-depth courtroom practice experience.
Able to handle non-litigation legal services independently and respond to daily legal demands of perennial corporate clients.
Possess strong stress resistance and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. Capable of reasonably arranging work schedules to guarantee case quality and progress.
Participate in internal business exchanges and knowledge sharing within the team, and assist with urgent team affairs.
Positive and open-minded with good communication skills; team players are preferred.
Candidates are required to bring independently drafted legal documents for the interview.
Working Hours
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with weekends off; 2-hour lunch break every day.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: RMB 10,000–15,000, with 13-month salary plus year-end bonus, offering competitive comprehensive income.
Probation period: 1–3 months with full salary paid during the probation period.
