Mr. Yang Xin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and is a member of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang. He obtained his legal qualification in 2008 and was admitted to legal practice in 2010. Mr. Yang currently serves as an Equity Partner and Supervisor at Guangdong Chenggong Law Firm. He is also a member of the Political Consultative Conference of Futian District, Deputy Director of the Legal Aid Center of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, a committee member of the Futian General Branch of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, Chairperson of its 17th Sub-branch, and a Specially Invited Administrative Law Enforcement Supervisor of the Shenzhen Municipal Government.
